Jerry spent the day relaxing by the pool, while Michelle got a massage at the Spa Without Walls. Later that evening we drove to Waimea, where we had dinner at
Merriman's. This was by far the best meal we had on the entire trip. The food was local and fresh. We tried the appetizer tasting, which included house smoked bacon with a coffee-chocolate dipping sauce. The duo of local lamb was equally delicious.
